Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Miss Me denim, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your jeans in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off & Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
